Services

Toledo Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry, pressing, and related garment care services. Our services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

Garment Preparation

Customers are responsible for:

• Removing all contents from pockets before service
• Fastening buttons, zippers, and other closures
• Pointing out any existing stains, damage, or special concerns
• Following care label instructions on garments
• Informing us of any valuable items or delicate fabrics

Prohibited Items

We do not accept responsibility for:

• Items with missing or illegible care labels
• Garments that are excessively soiled or damaged
• Items containing hazardous materials
• Valuable items left in pockets (jewelry, cash, electronics)
• Items that require specialized cleaning not offered by us

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as determined by our business.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Special stain treatment
• Alterations and repairs
• Express or same-day service
• Lost or damaged items due to customer negligence
• Garments requiring extensive cleaning or restoration

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most services. Express service may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on workload, fabric type, and other factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers
• Extensive cleaning requirements discovered after inspection
• Custom orders or special requests
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control

Liability and Damages

Toledo Cleaners will exercise reasonable care in handling your garments. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of cleaning the specific item in question.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Normal wear and tear from cleaning process
• Items left beyond 30 days after completion
• Garments that cannot be cleaned due to fabric construction or condition
• Loss or damage due to customer failure to follow instructions

Stain Removal

While we make every effort to remove stains, we cannot ensure complete removal of all stains. Some stains may be permanent or may require multiple treatments. Additional charges may apply for extensive stain removal.

Alterations and Repairs

Alteration services are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for garments that cannot be altered due to construction, fabric type, or other limitations. Alteration work may require additional time.

Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery services are available within our service area. Scheduling is subject to availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present for pickup or delivery as arranged.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials is our property or the property of our licensors. You may not use any of our content without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Toledo Cleaners and its suppliers exclude all liability for any consequences or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toledo Cleaners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any customer at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms or failure to pay for services rendered.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Iowa for the resolution of any disputes.
